    This thesis deals with the background, technique, elaboration, manufacture, and marketing of straw hats toquilla with the main objective of making known to the general public all that involves making a straw hat toquilla, which is without doubt one of the most important and outstanding crafts of Ecuador. Project in which it is intended to highlight the hard and laborious work that our dedicated and skilled toquilleras who who with their hands they manage to create a work of art such as straw hats toquilla, through interviews as a method of research it was possible to identify several problems that the toquilleras have, so this project aims to make this work valued 100% by all people starting with nationals and also foreigners, the fabric of the straw hat toquilla is a very important part of the identity of the Ecuadorians, within this project titling also includes new technologies such as virtual reality and audioguide since through a virtual audioguide will be made known to people on the fabric of the straw hat toquilla, aiming to help in the promotion and dif the work of the Economuseo toquilleras and somehow solving the problems encountered through interviews.
