Aplicación web y móvil para la gestión integral del personal en los Almacenes Juan Eljuri E-Trade
(Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, 2025) Criollo Mejía Kevin Alexis
The project focused on the development of a control and supervision system for the beverage cluster of AJE which includes chains such as Bodegones, La Taberna, and Winner, dedicated to the sale of alcoholic beverages across various regions of Ecuador. The company faced challenges in validating compliance with visual and operational standards at its points of sale, such as proper shelf arrangement, placement of promotional materials, and staff uniform usage, due to the lack of a digital tool to support these tasks. The main objective was to design and implement a web and mobile application that allowed task assignment, photographic evidence collection, and real-time reporting on task completion. The methodology used was quantitative, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, applying structured surveys and pilot testing as data collection instruments. The agile SCRUM methodology was applied to support the incremental development of the system. As an innovative feature, the system integrated cross-platform technologies such as Flutter and Angular, which enabled seamless interoperability between the mobile application and the web-based administrative panel. The results obtained from a survey of 40 users demonstrated high acceptance of the tool, highlighting its ease of use, usefulness for monitoring, and effectiveness in field control. In conclusion, the proposed solution significantly optimized operational supervision within AJE’s beverage cluster, enabling more agile, traceable, and efficient management of campaigns and visual standards at the points of sale.
