- ItemPropuesta de cinco helados soft con productos de la provincia del Azuay-Ecuador para la empresa de golosinas Dikaty(Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, 2024) Chuquimarca Roldán Carlos Xavier; Heredia Parapi Tannya MariuxiThe topic that was raised in the project was the production of soft ice cream with products from the province of azuay for the candy company dikaty, which was chosen as a field of action because it has a limited supply of soft ice cream, which is why it was considered this aspect as a problem to be solved; on the other hand, according to the research carried out, it was found that ecuador has a low capital per capita in terms of ice cream consumption; finally, there are products in the province of azuay that have a low consumption or at the same time its use is limited to certain preparations, therefore the main objective was the preparation of five soft ice creams with selected products from the province of azuay for the dikaty candy company. To collect the necessary information to establish the problem, a direct observation of the field of study and an interview with the owner were carried out, where the owner's openness to more flavors of ice cream could be evidenced. The type of research study was descriptive with a mixed research approach. The results were obtained through a survey of 40 clients in the field of study, obtaining mostly positive responses about the acceptability of the ice creams, their organoleptic characteristics and price, with this the conclusion was reached that the proposal of 5 soft ice creams with products of the province of azuay is viable.
