    This research aims to show the importance of a Gastronomic Tourist Route, focused on the craft beer industry, taking into consideration that this is one of the shops that have been developed with great acceptance and reception in recent years within the City of Cuenca, thus becoming an important economic source capable of developing tourism and generating jobs. That is why this work seeks to rescue the beer culture within our region by making a proposal whereby the culture, tradition, history and evolution of the beer industry in the City of Cuenca is known, In the same way it is intended to foster a culture in which participants develop skills in pairing and tasting of craft beer, so this is a new proposal within the tourist area that involves developing the “5 Senses” in the customer with a beer of quality.
