    Diseño e implementación de una aplicación web para la automatización del inventario de la empresa Xadis decoraciones de la ciudad de Cuenca

    The goal of this research project is to develop and carry out a web application to automate inventory, sales and expense management activities for the company Xadis Decoraciones, located in the city of Cuenca. This research is driven by the necessity to improve the current manual administrative and commercial processes within the company, which often lead to information disarray, data entry inaccuracies, information loss and operational delays. In response to this need, the project proposes the development of a web application capable of centralizing information related to inventory control, sales, expense management and report generation, ensuring timely access to information for informed decision-making. The implementation of this system is anticipated to lead to increased productivity; reduced errors associated with manual operations and optimized resource utilization through access to reliable and up-to-date data. The project will systematically proceed through phases of analysis, design, implementation and software testing. This approach will help the identification of both functional and non-functional requirements, guide the development of a fitting technological solution and enable the deployment of an application tailored to the company's specific needs. Furthermore, the project will involve the creation of a relational database, an intuitive user interface and modular architecture, designed to simplify maintenance and the integration of future functionalities. This new technology will contribute to Xadis Decoraciones modernization of his internal process, improvement of his efficiency, the creation of stronger administrative controls and provide accurate information to use in decision making. This work made in future project this serve of reference in the construction of new web applications where automate processes of the business.
