Aplicación móvil para impulsar emprendimientos y turismo en la ciudad de Cuenca
(Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, 2025) Carpio Jimbo Esteban Israel; Pérez Ochoa Joaquín Andrés
This work focuses on the development of CONDORTRIP, a mobile application designed to enhance the tourist experience in the San Blas area of Cuenca by generating personalized activity plans. The identified problem lies in the difficulty tourists and visitors face when trying to efficiently organize their outings, especially when they seek experiences tailored to their budget, type of group, personal interests, and logistical needs such as reservations or parking. The main objective is to provide a technological tool that allows users to plan their activities in a dynamic, simple, and preference-based manner, thus optimizing their time and overall experience in the area. An agile, user-centered development methodology was applied, including requirements gathering, interactive prototype design, and functional testing. As a key innovation, the app features an intelligent recommendation system for routes and establishments, along with a real-time interactive map for booking tables—providing added value over traditional tourist guides. Among the most relevant results is the integration of personalized filters that allow tourists to receive suggestions aligned with their profile and easily visualize the services available in San Blas. In conclusion, CONDORTRIP offers an innovative solution to strengthen tourism in a historically and culturally significant area of Cuenca, facilitating a more organized, engaging, and user-oriented experience
