    This project proposes a digital solution to improve appointment management in beauty salons, using the Brush Art Nails beauty salon, located in the Barrial Blanco neighborhood of Cuenca, as a reference. A web platform adapted to the business's needs was developed, facilitating appointment booking, viewing available times, customer history, and advance payments. The approach was qualitative and applied, using tools such as interviews and surveys to gather requirements. The Scrum methodology enabled collaborative progress with the administrator and users. A landing page was created to enhance the salon's digital presence and improve the customer experience. The solution, implemented with current technologies such as React, Supabase, and Figma, validates the system's usefulness and its potential for use in other similar businesses.
