    At present there is a great demand on the part of industries, companies, educational and financial institutions to use web and mobile applications to publicize their products and services offered, regardless of their purpose, one of the Constant requirements have been to get users to access their applications remotely over the network, this is possible thanks to the use of the client-server architecture. That is why in this project a mobile application will be developed for the South American Training Center (CCSUD) with the PhoneGap tool, the same that is based on the client-server architecture, making use of PHP programming languages, JavaScript and HTML, providing CCSUD administrative staff with information from people interested in their courses offered, at more than that; they will be provided with a tool where they can visualize which courses are most in demand, in order to achieve the achievement of what is described above, an application will be provided to the company that allows to obtain information of the courses provided by CCSUD. Once the project concluded, the administrator of the CCSUD mobile application will be able to visualize the data of the requests for information by the users; it will also have a section in which you can observe the courses with more qualification and data of those who graded the course. It should be noted that for the development of the project it was based on the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology.
