    Aplicación web para gestión de caja y préstamos de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “San Juan” periodo 2025-2026

    The purpose of this degree project is to develop and implement a web application for the internal management of the San Juan Savings and Credit Cooperative, located in the province of Azuay, with the aim of optimizing administrative processes that were previously carried out manually and inefficiently. The proposed methodology seeks to improve and streamline the registration of existing members and the creation of new members, account statements, fine payment history, control and monitoring of credit payments, and meeting management. To this end, the Scrum methodology was applied using programming tools such as Chakra UI for the user interface, NestJS for system logic, and Prisma with PostgreSQL for the data layer; furthermore, a descriptive research approach was implemented through surveys applied directly to cooperative members. The results obtained from the web application allow efficient access to and storage of information. Tests were conducted using real data, promoting more organized, reliable, and appropriate management to address the current needs of cooperatives.
