Plataforma web de VisitaEcuador como mediador entre creadores de contenido y la industria hotelera
(Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, 2025) Anthony Ariel Ramos Chango
This project proposed the development of a web plattaform for VisitaEcuador to act as a mediator between content creators and the hotel industry. The main problem was the lack of formal channels to connect these actors in a professional and effective manner, which limits opportunities for effective promotion of the hotel sector. The main objective was to develop a technological solution that facilitates collaboration between both parties through a structured platform with a system of roles, verified profiles, performance metrics, and functionalities adapted to the needs of the tourism ecosystem. To this end, a mixed methodology (qualitative and quantitative) was used, applying a literature review and surveys of influencers and tourism entrepreneurs. The results demonstrated a high level of interest stemming from the hotel sector's need to implement influencer marketing strategies, and revealed a low level of knowledge about how to implement innovative, technological strategies and their benefits. The platform is not only technically viable, but also represents a key tool for post-pandemic tourism recovery, promoting a more inclusive and professionalized digital ecosystem.
