However, artisans face significant challenges to stand out in today's market. This paper aims to determine the benefits and challenges of implementing Web 4.0 tools in the marketing of artisan products using WordPress.An analysis of how Web 4.0 can improve the competitiveness and visibility of artisans by creating functional and accessible websites is presented. This research is exploratory, descriptive and explanatory, based on data collected directly from artisans.The results show that WordPress is an efficient and accessible solution for merchants. Its user-friendly interface allows non-technical users to create and maintain a functional website, making it easy for artisans to reach a global market. The survey revealed that the majority of artisans believe that the implementation of these technologies has significantly improved their reach and sales. In addition, the ability to personalize the customer experience has been highlighted as a key benefit. The implementation of these technologies improves the competitiveness of artisans and lays the foundation for future developments in the integration of digital solutions in the artisan sector.
