Abstract
This work consists of the design and development of a web platform for online booking management and financial control of the Unique Style beauty salon in Cuenca. In the world of beauty work in the city, the lack of implementation of digital technologies has generated inconsistency in the management of appointments and finances, with inefficiencies and difficulty in financial control, etc.. To solve this problem, it was proposed to develop a system that integrates the automation of reservations, a financial control module and a chat Bot for customer service. During the process, a comparative analysis of various web development technologies was carried out in order to define the most appropriate system architecture and tools. The research adopted a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods to measure the impact of the solution. The results showed substantial progress in the management of the business, optimizing the organization of appointments and revenues, although there are still areas for improvement, such as the integration of online payments. The use of the agile SCRUM methodology was used to define the development in iterative cycles, achieving an adaptable solution in accordance with the client's requirements. As a result, an efficient system was created that centralizes the management of reservations and finances,
offering an optimized experience for both clients and administrators. Functional and usability tests proved the effectiveness of the system, with a margin of satisfaction. It is concluded that the digitalization of these processes strengthens the competitiveness of the business and improves its operational efficiency.

Este trabajo consiste en el diseño y desarrollo de una plataforma web para gestión de reservas online y control financiero de la estética Unique Style de Cuenca. En el mundo de la belleza laboral de la ciudad, la falta de implementación de tecnologías digitales ha generado la inconsistencia en el manejo de citas y finanzas, con ineficiencias y dificultad en el control financiero, etc. Para resolver este problema, se propuso desarrollar un sistema que integre la automatización de reservas, un módulo de control financiero y un chat Bot de atención al cliente. Durante el proceso se llevó a cabo un análisis comparativo de diversas tecnologías de desarrollo web con el fin de definir la arquitectura y herramientas del sistema más adecuadas. La investigación adoptó un enfoque mixto, combinando métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos para medir el impacto de la solución. Los resultados dieron constancia de avances sustanciales en la gestión del negocio, logrando optimizar la organización de citas e ingresos, todavía existen puntos por mejorar como fue la integración de pagos en línea. El uso de la metodología ágil SCRUM se utilizó para definir el desarrollo en ciclos iterativos, logrando una solución adaptable y acorde con los requerimientos del cliente. Como resultado, se creó un sistema eficiente que centraliza la gestión de reservas y finanzas, ofreciendo una experiencia optimizada tanto para clientes como para administradores. Las pruebas funcionales y de usabilidad acreditaron la eficacia del sistema, con margen de satisfacción. Se concluye que la digitalización de estos procesos, fortalece la competitividad del negocio y mejoran su eficiencia operativa.
